Clover Press Presents the First Hardcover of an Early, Creator Owned Comic by Tim Sale & Sarah Byam, Now Colored by José Villarrubia

Celebrate the genius and artistry of Tim Sale with one of his earliest published works, Billi 99. While his collaborations with Jeph Loeb on stories such as Spider-Man: Blue, Batman: The Long Halloween and Superman: For All Seasons, would elevate Tim to legendary status, Billi 99 revealed Tim’s master storytelling talents. Billi 99 contains over 200 pages of breathtaking, lovingly painted, duo-shade art, with the hand lettering that would become Tim’s official font. Sarah and Tim’s book went on to be nominated for three Eisner awards!
